Why Are Valuations Required?
There are a number of reasons why you might want to get a professional valuation completed. Below we’ve explained a number of the common reasons:
On the passing of a family member or loved one, to administer the Estate a Certificate of Probate has to be issued. Part of this process a valuation of all assets is required. We are highly experienced in this process and have worked with solicitors in all of the major towns in Westmeath, Longford and further afield. You can book a valuation by completing the online booking form, calling the office on 090 648 1237 or by emailing email@example.com. One of our team will be in touch. For published valuations, there is a cost of €200 plus vat. Click below to pay your valuation fee.
After your initial consultation expect 4 to 5 working days for us to arrange and complete an inspection. Once the inspection is completed it will take a further 4 to 5 working days for us to complete any required research and produce a certified valuation.
It is important to understand that for us to achieve an accurate valuation we require all facts relating to the property or asset to be disclosed. We need access to inspect the property, asset, livestock or machinery at a mutually agreed time or times.
